1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kraiya ("kraiya", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at https://kraiya.net. By accessing the kraiya website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the kraiya platform and must close any existing account you hold with us. kraiya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via the website or via email. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the kraiya Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kraiya.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and use a kraiya account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a kraiya employee.
• You do not already hold another active kraiya account. Only one account per person, per device, and per household is permitted.
• You are legally permitted in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

kraiya may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kraiya support will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of kraiya services — including live sports betting, slot games, and live casino tables — you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge and available to eligible players as defined in Section 2 above.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. kraiya will use this information to verify your identity and to process payments. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kraiya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kraiya will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kraiya immediately at [email protected]. kraiya accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one kraiya account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kraiya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus winnings accrued across those accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kraiya supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to make funding your account and withdrawing your winnings as fast and convenient as possible. All transactions on kraiya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

kraiya does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside kraiya's control and are your responsibility to understand before initiating a transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your kraiya account balance in real time. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account depending on your issuing bank's processing speed. kraiya's minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

kraiya targets the following withdrawal processing windows during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6):

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 15 minutes
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 30 minutes
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kraiya reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by kraiya support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

kraiya reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that violates these Terms. In such cases, kraiya may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kraiya offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, expiry dates, and eligible games. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New kraiya players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the current welcome bonus offer page. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed within the specified period before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds are detailed in full on the promotion page and will always be displayed clearly before you opt in.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

kraiya runs weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, BPL and IPL cricket specials, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. Each promotion carries its own terms. Players should review those terms before participating. kraiya reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that players who have already opted in to an active promotion are not disadvantaged by changes made mid-campaign.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the kraiya bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, placing artificially low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or using bots or automated systems to generate bonus activity — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and permanent account closure.

6. Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on kraiya is governed by the rules applicable to each specific product. The following general principles apply across all kraiya products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kraiya does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet settlement, kraiya reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• kraiya's slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator technology. All game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by previous results, stake size, or account history.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The game rules of those providers apply to live table sessions, in addition to these Terms.
• For sports betting, odds are displayed in decimal format. kraiya reserves the right to suspend a market, adjust odds, or void a bet where an obvious pricing error or data feed failure has occurred.
• Bet settlement for cricket, football, and other sports markets follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute, kraiya's decision on settlement is final.

kraiya publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games in the library. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kraiya platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account or manipulate another player's activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software that interacts with the kraiya platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the kraiya platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on kraiya's infrastructure or services.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting any aspect of the kraiya platform without express written permission.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kraiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their kraiya account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all identity verification and wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

kraiya offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel their gambling activity is becoming harmful. Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked from all access, deposits, and wagering activity. 8.3 Closure by kraiya

Where kraiya closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, kraiya reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance and void any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, due to a change in operational scope), kraiya will return any real-money balance to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
